All prod js files should take advantage of cache breaking techniques

Sometimes when doing an upgrade Chrome will hold on to some of the files in the cache so the GUI will break in very odd ways. A fix is as simple as enabling debug mode and then clearing the cache but average users won't know about this so we should hash the filenames for each release.
