No longer able to clear notifications

We seem to have lost the ability to clear notifications in the new masthead.

A few points should be noted:

1) We don't allow you to clear the error notifications, the user has to clear these in the Inspector using the "Resolve" button to get rid of them.
2) The box at the top goes red (#DF382C) instead of orange with white type.
3) We show the first 5 notifications and then all others are shown in the "Show all" button which just expands the notification menu.
4) We've mocked this up using the new icon set.
