Bug Description
All charms with the same name share the Bug link.
e.g. all gitlab charms:
Including recommended charm:
(1) https:/
and
(2) https:/
and
(3) https:/
share the same bug link:
https:/
It leads to confusing situation where some bugs valid for one version has been fixed in the other charm.
e.g.
bug:
https:/
is present in (3) but has been fixed in (1) and (2).
It is very confusing experience for user.
