Social icons do not work under some circumstances

To reproduce:

- using Chrome (I was using "Version 31.0.1650.63 Ubuntu 13.04
  (31.0.1650.63-0ubuntu0.13.04.1~20131204.1)") visit comingsoon.jujucharms.com
- click on the top charm on the sidebar ("liferay")
- mouse over the social sharing (twitter, google plus, and email) and note that
  the mouse cursor does not change
- clicking on the icons has no visible effect

At the time of this writing, the bug does not exist on jujucharms.com with
version.js reporting:
    var jujuGuiVersionInfo=['0.13.0', '1199'];

But the bug does exist on comingsoon.jujucharms.com with version.js of:
    var jujuGuiVersionInfo=['unreleased', '222a9f0'];
