Bug Description
We want to facilitate direct use of the juju api by other nodejs developers. Currently the gui is a massive monolithic app which makes independent usage of the gui rather ugly. We should separate out the go env as a separate package with tests and publish that onto the npm registry and consume it from the gui app.
