Bug Description
To reproduce deploy wordpress and nagios on jujucharms
Relate them
You will see that there is no relation line but they are related as per the relations tab in the inspector.

I have a suspicion that our logic of when to identify a charm as a subordinate is too simplistic.
When we broaden the logic, we may want to also only show the subordinate wiggle box (?) when the charm is actually related to something.
