Deployed charm changelog empty

Bug Description

When a charm has been deployed in the "Charm details" panel in the inspector the changelog under the Summary tab only displays the maintainer of the charm and nothing else.

I don't recall why this got tossed at you Ant, but yes it looks like it's still a valid bug. I went to the demo site, deployed a charm, and once I clicked on the service block, got the inspector, and then clicked on the charm url in the top, the details page had an empty changelog. Did you do some work on the changelog around this time frame?
