Middle click broken in the charm browser

Bug Description

As I browse around related charms I want to check them out ... but middle click doesn't open a new tab in the charm browser. This makes Hulk Smash!

We might be able to look if we can determine the middle click vs the normal click. It might not work out in the end.

What's interesting is that right-click open in new tab does work. but that doesn't go through the click event handler we use to load the page and avoids the app infrastructure.
