Bug Description

Add tests for the lint-yuidoc script.

Move the code from the script to lib/scripts/lint-yuidoc.py , adding an __init__.py file there. bin/lint-yuidoc will add lib/scripts to PYTHONPATH, and call main() in there. Having done that, put tests in test/python/test_lint_yuidoc.py , and call them from test-server.sh , making them available to the "make test" command.
