Bug Description
Deployer should support the common spellings for denoting where a bundle lives online on or in vcs:
- cs:~somebody/
- lp:~somebody/charms/a-bundle
- gh:somebody/

deploy already supports arbitrary urls for bundle inputs, it should support the charm store style syntax, but additional support for gh/lp is unclear.
