Need API Client Documented on juju.ubuntu.com/docs

That's probably true. I'm not sure only filing this bug against docs is the
best way to make it happen though, as only I will see it here.

Indeed, could we get confirmation this is the recommended client from Juju
core, and pointers to API documentation.
