one for b oth of the units cannot download the agents from the state server. The logs show 10.0.3.1:17070 which is insane, and in fact is identical to several recent bugs reported about 1.21.1 and 1.22-beta2. The apiaddress cannot ever be that value for a non-local env.
I am attaching some logs as an example.
The sudden failure was cause when lxc was installed in the machine. This manual provider test does not use lxc. The machines are on a the eth0 network. Once lxcbr0 was introduced though, the api address was selected from the impossible interface.
