Bug Description

In 1.17.0 destroy-environment changes so the environment is provided as a parameter at the end of the command

juju destroy-environment <environment>

However, a lot of scripts and are using juju destroy-environment -e <environment>; in the latest version -e is no longer supported so these all break despite being explicit.
