Bug Description
We should test with mismatches of available series:
distro-info-data should contain Angsty
the testing streams should contain a different series, i.e. Crabby Chupacabra
This will help us detect bugs where things incorrectly pay attention to series.
This does not mean that we should try to deploy/bootstrap that series, only that agents for it should be present when we try to use real series.
