Split icon in context menu should be 16x16 pixels

Bug Description
The split icon in the context menu is currently 22x22 pixels, it should be 16x16 as other menu item icons in the context menu are 16x16.
The image could be scaled to 16x16 but it would be better to have a 16x16 pixels image in the images directory.
