Mixing down does not last the correct length of the audio

Bug Description
If you import a long audio clip, cut it in half and then mixdown, the mixdown sample is much longer than the cut clip.

Marking this as a lower priority - the mixdown seems to add around two seconds of silence, which is not a major issue.
