Bug Description
I am reporting this on behalf of a user. I believe the user is using OS X.
"Whenever I ask for full res. 4096 x 4096 images of an SDO event, even when it might be only 100 or so frames, I typically get back 640 x 640 frames. The two times I was able to get 4096 x 4096 frames to download, the bottom third of the images were all black, i.e., truncated. Is there some reason I cannot get 4096 frames or is there some limitation I should be aware of? I am using version 2.1.4."
