Bug Description
Autoland should make it possible to prevent any untested code from landing. It ensures a particular source revision is used, which is a good start. But it should also ensure a particular target revision is used, to ensure that the code that is landed is identical to the code that was tested. It could abort early if the target branch's revision does not match the supplied revision.
