Bug Description
In order to replace the tool we use now for U1 deployments, webops need a deployment history. We would like to be able to see deployments that have been done, when they were done, and (bonus) by who. The history should include the requestor and revision requested as well, if that's not apparent.
Some additional bonuses off the top of my head:
- deployment status (requested, cancelled/
- (optional) notes field for deployments
- "add to calendar" link for Google calendar, allowing webops to post to our deployment log

Webops now use mojo and RT for deployment tracking, so this feature is possibly no longer needed.
