Bug Description

There is alot of code that should be abstracted into a function in the create_multiple_apps.py testcase. The rule of thumb is that there should be no conditionals or looping etc, instead it should all be abstracted into human readable functions that explain the steps of the test in sequence.

Also, the data should be abstracted into the iterable CSV files rather than hard coded into the tests or functions themselves.

Also, after reviewing the delete_app.py test it could benefit from using the new authenticate() function as well
