Warnings are displayed only if there are errors

Bug Description
intltool-update may report warnings but I found out that they are displayed only is there is an error.
For instance in my case, I had a bunch of warnings concerning strings having unamed parameters thus hard to translate. But these warning appear only when there is also an error. I had to create another error to see the warnings and fix them.
It would be better to have these warnings by default or at least with a new switch parameter.
