[TGL] Failure to install OpenVINO runtime: Multiverse settings are disabled

Hello! This can certainly be done. It's not ideal, as we try not to enable multiverse by default on our images, but we had cases where this had to be done.

Quick question: is this for the installer-based ISO images or the preinstalled images?

Also, does this bug need to be private?

I believe this would be for the upcoming installer-based Desktop ISO image release and Ubuntu Core Image.

You can change the visibility of bug, no issues. I just marked it as private to begin with.
