Bug Description
The Intel Distribution of OpenVINO toolkit 2021 4 Runtime fails with the following error:
E: Unable to locate package libfaac0 (while installing openvino dependencies)
The libfaac-dev package required by OpenVino is a part of multiverse repository.
Current workaround for the OpenVINO Runtime failure: Enable multiverse in open Software center (Software & Updates) -> Ubuntu Software.
Can multiverse be enabled by default in the IOTG Optimized Image

Hello! This can certainly be done. It's not ideal, as we try not to enable multiverse by default on our images, but we had cases where this had to be done.
Quick question: is this for the installer-based ISO images or the preinstalled images?
