Bug Description
[Summary]CDTS' manual tests for USB require you to plug various devices into the DUT's USB-3 and USB-C ports. WHile some tests fail inside CDTS, they seem to work from the command line.

USB-2 into USB-3 port: Works but CDTS fails (DUT has no USB-2 ports)
USB-3 into USB-3 port: Works as expected
USB-3 into USB-C adapter: fails (but the drive shows up under /media/u/ )
USB-C into USB-C port: fails (device is truly not detected, even using the same USB-C port)
USB-C into USB-C adapter: fails (but the drive shows up under /media/u/ )
Ethernet into USB-C adapter: fails (but interface shows up with ip a)
