Bug Description
HOW TO REPRODUCE:
1) Launch Telegram
2) Open a picture that a contact have sent to you
3) Tap on the 'share' action
WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN:
InstantFX is registered as peer: the app can receive pictures from other applications.
WHAT HAPPENS INSTEAD:
InstantFX is not listed as available peer.
