Feature Request: Offer option in GUI to round off values to nearest integer

If you do that you miss data from your document.
I do not recomend it. Integers show as 1.000 what is easy to follow.
Other values ¿can? be ok with "phantom" round in some places, but in others not. And this depend on each user usage.

Not all users want to have too detailed precision, 2 numbers after dot is enough for most of users. Will be good to have setting for configure numbers after dot in all Inkscape elements, and round up numbers to it after touching in document.

This is especially frustrating when creating icons. Those need to be aligned perfectly to a pixel grid. When working with Inkscape, I need to manually adjust all the nodes to make sure they are integer.

I quite like the way Sketch and Figma do it—numbers are integers by default, but if you add a decimal point manually, you get a float.

That way, no precision is lost, but you still work with nice values by default.

Perhaps Inkscape could have an "integers preferred" mode like this?

When I use pixels, I need integers without decimals. This is to perfectly line up edges of different size screens for events.

If it shows decimals, the images don't line up properly. I would love a feature that removed decimals, specifcally when using pixels as a measurement.
