Bug Description
Using Inkscape 0.47, create a drawing using a connector. Add nodes to the connector. Save drawing as Inkscape SVG.
Load drawing into Inkscape 0.48, and intermediate nodes have disappeared. Can reload drawing into Inkscape 0.47, and intermediate nodes are still there, and also view drawing with, say, Gwenview, and intermediate nodes can be seen.
Inkscape 0.47 on Debian 6
Inkscape 0.48 on SUSE 11.3.
> Add nodes to the connector
Manual edits to connector lines is not supported in Inkscape - not in 0.47 nor in 0.48. The difference between the two versions is that in Inkscape 0.48 the recalculation of the layout of all connecters is triggered far more often (i.e. also when loading the document) due to new features added to the connecter tool, whereas in 0.47, these rerouting is triggered by fewer events (not on loading).
