scaling pulling from one of the scaling arrows causes the form to deform

confirmed on Windows 7, Inkscape 0.48.2. It appears to be some kind of numerical ill conditioning caused by a lot of nested transforms with large translations in them, very interesting.

The behavior started to occur when a particular arrow was pulled, namely the left one.
*****I like to add also, that the form was** GROUPED**, and it became **UNGROUPED** <- maybe you like to consider this as *****an additional/another bug.

attached is a modified version of the file. I have ungrouped everything. This version does not seem to have the same problem, as far as I can tell.

On Linux, current trunk, the uploaded file does not exhibit the problem. Alvin, are you able to test against trunk by chance?

I guess I spoke too soon. Testing on Windows XP, Inkscape rev 10922, I cannot reproduce this problem.

Reproduced on Windows XP, all 0.48 versions from 0.48.0 to 0.48.3.1
Not reproduced with trunk revision 11047 and 0.47.

No repro. Re-testing advised.
