It would be nice to have a "magnet tool" like in diffusion curves pack: http://
It's really impressive and useful, and could snap not only to a bitmap, but also to underlying vector image.
Perhaps here's a description of how it works: http://
Perhaps that's how magnetic lasso in Adobe Photoshop works.
