Bug Description
Two option selections I would like for the "Dimensions" extension:
Boundary line extent:
- along the entire boundary box (as at present)
- only from a little past the arrow to the first point the object touches the boundary box
- either side of the arrow, by a little less than the specified offset
Boundary line style (any valid line style - the convention I'm familiar with uses long dashes)

A third suggestion:
Dimension side selection: any of: top, left, bottom, or right.
The user might want only the horizontal dimension marked, as with a timeline, but might want the marks either above or below the object.
