Bug Description
In Ellipse object, if angle of Start and End points are changed and equal, each points are reverted to default after adjusting object's size.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Draw Ellipse object
2) Change angle of the start and end points (e.g. 100 to both) on Tool control bar.
3) Adjust the size by dragging its handle in Ellipse tool.
Actual Result:
Start and End points are reverted default (0,0).
Expected Result:
Keep each points.
Version: Inkscape 0.47
