A linked offset does not follow its source if that source is in another group

Bug Description

If you apply a translation to a group that contains the source object of a linked offset but not the offset itself, then the linked offset will not notice that its source has moved.

Steps to reproduce:

1) draw a rectangle
2) create a linked offset
3) move the rectangle, and you'll notice that the offset moves with it
4) now select only the rectangle and create a group (containing only that rectangle)
5) move the group; the offset won't move together with it

Is this by design or is this a bug?

Using revision #21625

summary: - A linked offset does not follow its source if that source is in a group
+ A linked offset does not follow its source if that source is in another
+ group

Hhm, now I wonder: should it move at all? See this bug report
