Bug Description
Hi,
the preview window in the file-open dialog is often a bit small, so that it's really hard to perceive the meaning of bigger drawings. Therefore i would like it to be resizable.
Thanks.

In the open dialog, between the places on the left and the list of files in the middle is a separator which is also a slider. The separator between the lift of files in the middle and the preview on the right, this should also be implemented.
The preview should be resized to use maximally the available vertical space. In this way, changing the width of the preview with the sliding separator can be used to zoom in and out in the preview. Note that zooming in and out should have it maximum. Perhaps zooming out is at max when entire preview is filled vertically.
The positions of both sliders should be persistent at least in one Inkscape session and preferable between sessions. Note that multiple instances of Inkscape could try to set this value.
