Bug Description
1) I'm using Inkscape 0.46 on Mac OS X to open an SVG document that was created by hand
2) The root svg element contains the attribute xml:base=".."
3) image elements with xlink:href=
4) If I change the xlink:href attribute to xlink:href=

Confirmed with Inkscape 0.47 and rev. 9676.
But it works with the trunk version if I replace xml:base=".." with xml:base="../".
I'm not sure how it is specified in the W3C docs, but it's at least a good workaround...
