Bug Description
Just compiled SVN Rev. 19089.
When I activate color management every solid fills show visual artifacts on canvas. The artifacts are repetitive patterns over the filled areas and they change when different settings are selected in the preferences.
Only de-activating the on-screen output simulation makes the artifacts disappear. With color management switched off the display is normal.
Ubuntu Hardy Heron. 64bit.

I get those artifacts with and without CMS. They're produced by the current refactoring and maybe are related to the progressive conversion to cairo.
