Bug Description
When tracing pixelart with the default settings and "Convert to B-spline cuves enabled" the created paths seem broken at the corners (not properly closed / convoluted). I assume there's a bug in the B-spline creation algorithm as the "Voronoi diagram" looks just fine.
Testcase and screenshot highlighting the issue attached.
(Inkscape 0.92.2 on Windows 10)
