Bug Description
I'm just starting out using Inkscape, and I found it hard to find the
different properties/palette windows (layers, fill/stroke, etc.). I'm
proposing a single menu location so you can select from all the different
palette windows. They do this in Photoshop; it's called Windows > But
perhaps something like Palettes or Properties would be more appropriate.
