Bug Description
There is no way to define pages yet. There could be an easy,
SVG-independent, way of doing it. Layers can have sublayers. So it is no
problem to define a toplevel-layer and name it Page1 and then append all
neccessary layers for that page as sublayers. The only two annoying things
are that one cannot select layers the exclusive way (XOR) to automatically
deselect the other layers at the same node. In other words: one cannot
switch pages. Also, one cannot save to PDF and have a page per layer in
that PDF file (possibly selecting the correct layers before saving).
