Left and right arrow keys in tree-type lists

Bug Description
It would be helpful if the left and right arrow keys collapsed/expanded
respectively a highlighted node in tree-type lists such as those in
Inkscape Preferences and the XML Editor. This would bring Inkscape in line
with other applications like Windows' folder trees and make intuitive use
of these keys.
