Bug Description
Right now the .gpl swatches file format only support R
G B values. I would like to be able to specify C M Y K
values instead; or in supplement.

This could be done when the support for some kind of palette
sets (import/export palettes files) will be implemented, and
Inkscape will support the SVG 1.2 specification (the one
that has real CMYK color space support).
I'd love to see that in the near future, so Inkscape can
become a "print/press ready" vector drawing software too,
and compete with Illustrator, CorelDraw or XARA Xtreme...
