export/import/edit/generate color palettes

Hello,

I'd love to see in a future version of inkscape the
possibility to manage palettes in the following ways:

- open/close palettes

- edit palettes (add/delete/edit colors)

- save/export palettes (great possibility to share
palettes with other designers)

- generate palettes based on the current document's
colors

- Open more than one palette at a time (this feature
could be usefull when working with CMYK colors and
Pantone colors at the same time)

Also, a palette manager window should be created to
ease the management of palettes. The processes of
saving, opening, and exporting the palettes could be
handled by this manager (I mean that the buttons
controling these operations should be placed there,
rather than in the main program menu).

Oh! And thanks for creating Inkscape!!! :)
