Bug Description

Hi,

I received a bug against debian's 0.43 recently:

'When the "Scale stroke width" preference is disabled,
the thickness of the line segment *will* still vary
when it is being scaled. When the user releases the
mouse, the line segment will suddenly return to the
original thickness.

This is misleading (wrong) visual feedback for the user.'

Thanks,

Wolfi
