Bug Description
Switching from outline to normal view mode no longer fully clears the canvas from paths only visible in outline view mode.
Steps to reproduce:
1) launch current trunk (default new prefs, default new doc)
2) draw two partially overlapping shapes
3) select both, set clip
4) switch to outline view mode
5) switch back to normal view mode
--> the outline of the clipped shape outside the clipping area is not fully cleared. It disappears e.g. after changing the zoom level.
Reproduced with Inkscape 0.91+devel r14858 on OS X 10.7.5.
Based on tests with archived builds:
- not reproduced with 0.91+devel rev <= 14820,
- reproduced with 0.91+devel rev >= 14821;
this redraw issue seems to be a side-effect of the renderer's refactoring during the hackfest 2016:
Revision 14821: Move background drawing to SPCanvas to avoid temporarily drawing an incorrect background. #Hackfest2016
