Bug Description
On Windows 10, I set up my Inkscape window to be side-by-side with another window. I then clicked on the stroke color picker in the lower left corner of the window and the geometry of the window is altered, both in terms of location and size.
I'm using version 0.91 r13725.

Please add details about the installer for Inkscape 0.91 to the bug description (32bit or 64bit?), and attach the current user's Inkscape preferences file to the bug report [1].
Underlying issue likely related to problems with the Windows-backend of the toolkit (GTK+) tracked in earlier report /bugs.launchpad .net/inkscape/ +bug/590719
* Bug #590719 “window resizes when toolbar/popup is opened”

The user of this report likely uses 'Fill and Stroke' dialog with default dialog behavior (dockable) as detached dialog (in a floating dock), which can trigger a similar behavior (on Windows only).

%APPDATA%\inkscape
and attach the file named 'preferences.xml' to this bug report.
