Bug Description
Hi,
I have an SVG I saved in an older version of Inkscape. One of the elements was a raster image (a JPEG) that was embedded and then stretched a bit; however, when opening it in the version in Debian unstable (“Inkscape 0.91 r13725 (Apr 30 2015)”), the image is now forced to 1:1 aspect, even though the object is bigger. If I stretch the object by pulling on one of the handles, it appears to stretch correctly until I release the mouse button, but when I release it, it goes back to 1:1 aspect in the center. I can't find any way to make it stretch again, and it looks all wrong.

The next major release will include an extension which can be used to restore the rendering of non-uniformly scaled bitmap images which had been imported into a drawing using an older Inkscape version.
