Bug Description
OS Windows 8, Inkscape v 0.91
Extension Modify Path / Convert to dashes does not respect "pattern offset" for dashed lines.
To reproduce:
- Create simple line
- Set stroke style to dashed line and pattern offset param to non-zero (see dashes moved from line start)
- Run "Extensions / Modify Path / Convert to dashes" script
- See, that line path is split to dashes (as expected), but dashes are moved to initial position ("pattern offset" param is not respected)
