Sometimes I cannot type in coordinates, width and height of an object.

Bug Description

First, I select the text tool and click on the text on the screen to edit it.
Then, I use the select tool to select the text.
When I want to change its position by typing in its coordinate, the values on the tool controls bar appear blank and cannot be edited!
If I want to edit those values, I need to restart the Inkscape program. That's so annoying!
