Bug Description
OS: Apple OS X 10.9.4
Inkscape version: v0.48.2
PROBLEM: selecting fill patterns from the Fill dialog is difficult because there is no preview image of the pattern image.
SOLUTION: the patterns list should show a preview image for each pattern in the selection list, like the gradient list already does.
