Bug Description
Currently, Inkscape is not available for Konkani language. Konkani is an constituionally recognized Indian language and it is written using Devnagari and Roman Script.
Hence it becomes important to have Inkscape in Konkani language also. This will promote the use of Inkscape in India.
C-DAC, Pune, India is one of the organizations into Localization and promoting free and open source softwares in India. It wishes to contribute the translations of Inkscape for all Indian languages.
