Bug Description

Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape trunk revision 13156
Steps:
1. Open Inkscape with the default preferences.
2. Open the symbols dialog.
3. Select the Word balloon set.
4. Drag the ExclaimBalloon (the first symbol) to the canvas.
-> Crash

Only affects symbols that have no title element (as far as I known, in the Word balloon set only).

Regression introduced revision 13122, when implementing symbols translation.
