chart function

Hi,

please add new function to inkscape about chart and "excel" function like it is in Adobe illustrator. This is important for woking with CAD. For example this it will like alternative of OLE object by Autocad. In this time, svg is support in inkscape and in Bricscad (which is propretiary, but is really good and cheap alternative by Autocad).
